Online Booking Terms and Conditions

First of all, thank you for using our online booking system.

The online booking flow is as follows:

1. Go to https://www.sharpedge.me/bookingseminyak/ or https://www.sharpedge.me/bookingkuta/
2. Choose your preferred service
3. Pick your own time
4. On Booking Details, please input your name, email address, phone number, and nationality, then submit.
5. On the Payment page, please choose your preferred way to pay:

• Credit Card DOKU Payment Gateway is in Indonesian Rupiah
• PAYPAL is in Australian Dollars, using a credit card or your PayPal balance.
• If the DOKU payment gateway fails, please use PayPal instead.
• Specifically for the Kuta store, payments can only be made using PayPal.
  

6. After the payment is completed and confirmed by our booking system, you will receive an email with the voucher. Please present the voucher from the email you received to our cashier. If your voucher is not present or you have not gotten an email from us, we can not serve you.
